Listening to the needs of the other side is what I consider as the very fundamentals of communication and understanding. I like providing the other side with a firm foothold for their attitudes and decision-making. It motivates me to be able to enrich each other with new perspectives. I apply these attitudes when dealing with our clients and providing them with marketing and research services. Rhythm and harmony are the building blocks of music – and I apply it in my work with colleagues as well as clients, because tact and consonance are for me the guiding principles in creating a valuable and gratifying joint product.

Frequently, we not even recognize how often we are mistaken by our intuition and that is why I look for support in data. I enjoy working with data especially because we can get results so distinct from our primary hypothesis but the more they are valuable.
