In Stores Tests


  • Aimed at consumers in the process of shopping, observing consumer attitudes.
  • Shopper research studies – where the customer is paramount: tests of consumer satisfaction, decision tree, category management studies including merchandising optimization, in-store communication and tests of in-store activities and their efficiency, impulsive vs. planned purchases etc.
  • It usually involves interviewing directly at the point of sale or just behind the cash desk, often in combination with observation of consumers shopping attitudes in the course of the shopping process.
  • Interviewing in a selection of shopping premises in the Czech Republic and/or Slovakia.
